I'm Sabrina Shirley, founder of InnerWorld Designs. My career spans nearly 40 years across Big Four public accounting and consulting, healthcare strategy, executive operations, and change leadership — including years as Chief of Staff across a statewide organization of roughly 400 associates. I was the first African American woman in my Tampa Big Four office to reach Manager.

Along the way, I learned something I now help other women see: the strategies that create real success, capability, dependability, personal ownership, control, and perfection, can also become an invisible ceiling. They work. They earn trust. And they can carry a quiet cost across health, relationships, energy, and purpose.

Innerworld Designs exists to help successful women leaders make that pattern visible, so they can strengthen self-trust and design success their way, not someone else's definition of it.
